What we collect
Submitting the project intake form shares your name, work email, company name, company size, project type, budget range, and whatever you write in the message field. Beyond that, we use Google Analytics to understand overall site traffic — page views and general usage patterns, with your IP address anonymized. We don't run advertising pixels, and we don't use analytics data to identify you personally.
Analytics & cookies
On your first visit, a small banner asks whether you're OK with analytics cookies. Analytics stays off by default until you click Accept — declining, or just closing the banner, keeps it off. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for this site, which brings the banner back. Google's ownprivacy policycovers how they handle analytics data on their end.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are used for exactly one purpose: to follow up about the project you described. We don't sell it, rent it, or use it for unrelated marketing. If we can't help with what you're describing, we'll tell you and delete what you sent.
Who it's shared with
The contact form is processed by FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service that routes your submission to our inbox by email. FormSubmit never sees your data again once it's delivered to us. Separately, if you accept the analytics cookie banner, Google processes anonymized traffic data through Google Analytics. We don't share anything with any other third party, service, or advertiser.
Your rights
You can ask us what we have on file, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely, at any time — email info@codaires.io and we'll act on it within a few business days.
